The Past Couple of Weeks...

...haven't been so successful! I didn't post the last couple of Wednesdays for various reasons, but mostly because I didn't have any good news!!

My current weight loss goal was to lose a total of 25 lbs by Wed June 1st. Did that happen? Unfortunately not. I actually gained 1.2! Boo.

Then this past Wednesday, I stayed the same. Didn't lose or gain. I'm pretty disappointed in myself for having a few set backs but I'm trying my best to get my butt back in gear.

I started running again this past week. That's a positive. Unfortunately, I'm really struggling again. I feel like I lost all of the progress that I was making with the Couch to 5K program. I started Week 4 (AGAIN!) and I still don't feel ready to move onto Week 5. I don't know if it's the heat, the allergies, my asthma or just lack of energy. But I'm going to keep trying!

When I gained the weight last week, the Weight Watchers app actually had some good advice...despite the TYPO! haha
