Happy July!

Can't believe how fast this year is going!

As I mentioned last week, I am participating in an at-work fitness challenge. Here is how I stacked up against my goals for week one:

Steps goal: 70,000
Actual: 54,546

Exercise minutes goal: 150
Actual: 215! Go me!

Weight loss goal: 1 pound
Actual: lost 2.6 pounds!!!!

I'm considering this a successful week!
