My Whole30 - Week 2 Results

The

I know, I know. The Whole30 program rules say that I cannot weigh myself or take body composition measurements until the full 30 days are over. But I weighed myself after week 1 and I just feel obligated to do it again after week 2!

The last time I weighed myself was on Monday, July 30th. I have a fancy scale that also sends electric currents through my body to determine Body Fat %, Water %, Muscle Mass and BMI.

LOOKS LIKE WE LOST ANOTHER POUND!

So in the last 2 weeks, I have lost a total of 4lbs!

I also improved in the following areas:

BODY FAT % - DECREASED BY 1.6%
WATER % - INCREASED BY .6%
MUSCLE MASS - INCREASED BY .3
BMI - DECREASED BY .8

As you can imagine, I am so happy about the progress I have made in just two weeks. Not only because of the weight loss, but I feel good about myself for having the self-discipline to only eat good, real food - without any slip ups for 2 FULL WEEKS. I can't say I've ever done that before. Especially with so many easy outs, I have remained on course. I couldn't do that without the spirit of power, love and self-discipline that comes from our God! Thank you Lord! :)
